HÄSTOPERAN

HÄSTOPERAN merges contemporary dance, epic storytelling, and electroacoustic music into an operatic expression. The performance takes place inside the riding hall at Orlångens Ridsällskap - the riding hall becomes not just a stage but part of the work's own world.

The audience sits close to the riding hall's sand, light, sound, and scents, in a space where people and horses already work side by side. Music, movement, and narrative unfold in the same room where the performance takes place.
