concertBayonne
Austin-based Bayonne performs electronic and ambient-influenced indie pop at Debaser Nova, building instruments and loops in real time.
Bayonne is the stage name of Austin, Texas-based composer and multi-instrumentalist Roger Sellers, who builds dense electronic soundscapes from piano, synthesizers, percussion and real-time looping. He adopted the Bayonne alias in 2016 to separate his electronics-driven work from earlier folk-leaning releases, and landed on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart with 2019's Drastic Measures. His 2023 album Temporary Time - written partly in response to his father's illness and death - drew wide critical praise, and the follow-up Filters is due September 4, 2026 via Nettwerk.
Bayonne announced his fourth studio album Filters, due September 4, 2026 via Nettwerk, and shared the lead single 'Oxygen' alongside his first music video in a decade.
Bayonne released the single 'Gamut' on June 5, 2026, ahead of the Filters album.
Bayonne played the Winnetka Music Festival in Winnetka, IL on June 19-20, 2026.
Bayonne released Early Recordings (2006-2012), a 42-track archival compilation of pre-Bayonne material recorded as Roger Sellers.
Bayonne released the Temporary Time (Orchestrated) EP, reimagining tracks from the 2023 album with string arrangements.
