Hartmann and Black Paisley take the stage at Debaser Nova. An evening with two bands.
Black Paisley is a Swedish classic rock and AOR band from Stockholm, formed in 2015 by vocalist and guitarist Stefan Blomqvist. Drawing on the melodic hard rock tradition of Whitesnake, Scorpions and Journey, the band has released four studio albums - debuting with 'Late Bloomer' (2017) and most recently 'Human Nature' (2022), the latter mixed in part by legendary AC/DC engineer Mike Fraser. Still an independent act, they have surpassed 10 million streams across global platforms and toured European festivals extensively.
Black Paisley announced that new songs and a fifth studio album are planned for release during 2025.
The band recruited new drummer Magnus Ulfstedt and began rehearsals for their anticipated fifth studio album, also announcing debut shows in Norway and Slovakia.
Black Paisley released their fourth album 'Human Nature' on 25 November 2022, partly mixed by legendary AC/DC engineer Mike Fraser at Armoury Studios in Vancouver.
The band played major Swedish summer festivals including Skogsröjet, Bandit Rock and Malmöfestivalen, and also toured supporting Electric Boys.
Franco Santunione, known from Electric Boys, joined Black Paisley on lead guitar for the third album 'Rambler', which was praised internationally as one of the strongest classic rock releases of that year.
