Bloodred Hourglass (BRHG) is a melodic death metal band from Mikkeli, Finland, active since 2005. Over seven studio albums - from the Spinefarm-released debut Lifebound (2012) to We Should Be Buried Like This (2025) - they have built a sound that layers metalcore and alternative metal elements over a melodic death metal core. Known for relentless live performances, they have toured across Europe alongside acts such as The Halo Effect and Pain.
Bloodred Hourglass released their seventh studio album We Should Be Buried Like This on October 3, 2025 via Out of Line Music, available as a double CD with a live bonus disc and limited-edition splatter vinyl.
The band completed a 16-date European album release tour in October 2025, followed by an extensive Finnish headline run through November.
Bloodred Hourglass are confirmed to play Summer Breeze Open Air in Dinkelsbühl, Germany on August 12, 2026 - their third appearance at the festival.
The band are scheduled to play Unholy Winter Fest in Joensuu and John Smith Frozen in Jyväskylä in November 2026.
