About

E-Type is the stage name of Bo Martin Erik Eriksson (born 27 August 1965 in Uppsala), a Swedish eurodance musician, songwriter and record producer who started out as a heavy metal drummer. His 1994 debut album Made in Sweden, produced at Cheiron Studios with Denniz PoP and Max Martin, launched a string of Nordic hits; he later wrote 'Campione 2000', the official anthem of UEFA Euro 2000. In 2022 he founded the metal band Dampf, releasing a second album 'No Angels Alive' in 2024.
