Faroese artist Eivør performs at Pustervik in Göteborg.
Eivør Pálsdóttir is a Faroese singer-songwriter born in 1983 in Syðrugøta, whose music moves between Nordic folk, dark electronica and cinematic composition across more than a decade of solo albums. She won the Nordic Council Music Prize in 2021 and has co-composed soundtracks for Netflix's The Last Kingdom and the video game God of War: Ragnarök. Her powerful voice and ritualistic live performances have built her a devoted international following far beyond the Faroe Islands.
Eivør released the single 'Healer' via Nuclear Blast - her first new music since the 2024 album ENN - and announced new tour dates across North America, Europe and the UK for 2026-2027.
Eivør signed to Nuclear Blast Records and announced she was working on a new studio album planned for release in 2026.
Eivør embarked on a major European tour with special guest Ásgeir and support from her sister Elinborg, spanning over 20 cities from Ghent to Oslo.
Eivør headlined a North American tour in support of ENN with labelmate Sylvaine, selling out multiple dates.
Eivør released her eleventh solo album ENN via Season of Mist, an eight-track record sung entirely in Faroese that blends dark electronics with Nordic folk and orchestral elements.
