Emma Ringqvist is a Swedish solo sailor and musician. She spent 9 months alone aboard her sailboat Caprice, crossing the Atlantic to Brazil, sailing on to Tristan da Cunha - the world's most remote inhabited island - and then completing a 67-day non-stop passage from the South Atlantic to Scotland. That voyage made her the Swedish woman to have sailed solo at sea for the longest unbroken stretch.
