About

Grommet is a Swedish four-piece alternative metal band that debuted in November 2025. Their sound sits between crushing heaviness and melodic atmosphere - a combination that remains rare in the Swedish scene but has quickly found a global audience. Within months of their first single, the band had racked up over 700,000 monthly Spotify listeners and more than 7 million streams on 'Half in Red' alone.
