H2O is a hardcore punk band from New York City, formed in 1994 by vocalist Toby Morse on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The band built its reputation by fusing the raw aggression of East Coast hardcore with melodic punk hooks, and their 1997 Epitaph album Thicker Than Water - which hit #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart - remains a landmark of the genre. Over nearly three decades they have toured relentlessly worldwide, selling over 300,000 copies of their first four albums and influencing a generation of melodic hardcore bands.
H2O are scheduled to play Kulturlagret in Göteborg on 30 July 2026, with Modern Guilt as support.
H2O performed at Riot Fest 2025 in Chicago in September 2025.
H2O headlined a 30th anniversary boat show in New York City on 15 August 2025, joined by Killing Time.
H2O co-headlined a spring US tour with The Bouncing Souls, running from late April through May 2025.
A 25th anniversary vinyl reissue of H2O's 1999 album F.T.T.W. was released in January 2025 by Bridge Nine Records, including previously unreleased demo sessions.
