About

Jersey Boys is a jukebox musical with a book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, music by Bob Gaudio and lyrics by Bob Crewe, telling the true story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in a documentary-style format. It opened on Broadway in November 2005 and ran for 4,642 performances - a 12-year run that made it one of the longest-running shows in Broadway history. The production won four 2006 Tony Awards including Best Musical, the 2009 Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Musical, and the 2006 Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album. Over 30 million people worldwide have seen the show, which has been staged across North America, the West End, Australia, Japan, South Africa and beyond.

    Jersey Boys launched its 20th Anniversary UK and Ireland tour at New Wimbledon Theatre in London on 17 June 2026, with dates running through 2027.
