Kungliga Baletten (the Royal Swedish Ballet) is Sweden's national ballet company, based at the Royal Opera in Stockholm. One of the oldest ballet companies in the world, it performs both classical and contemporary repertoire. Its production of The Nutcracker, choreographed by Pär Isberg, has become a beloved Christmas tradition.
