Documentary film about the legendary British rock band Oasis and their 2024 reunion.
Liam Gallagher is a British rock singer from Manchester, best known as the frontman of Oasis - one of the defining bands of 1990s Britpop. After the band's acrimonious split in 2009, he built a solo career that produced five consecutive UK number one albums, then rejoined Oasis for the blockbuster Live '25 reunion tour in 2025.
The Oasis documentary 'Don't Look Back in Anger' - written by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight - is set to world-premiere at the Venice Film Festival on 5 September 2026, with a cinema release from 9 September and subsequent streaming on Disney+.
Billboard reported that Liam Gallagher has indicated there will be no new Oasis studio album, but hinted that more reunion shows could happen in 2027.
Liam Gallagher confirmed via social media that Oasis will not tour in 2026, saying any further activity is 2027 at the earliest.
The Oasis Live '25 world tour concluded in Brazil on 24 November 2025, after 41 dates spanning the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas.
Oasis officially announced their reunion and the Live '25 tour on 27 August 2024, ending a 15-year split between Liam and Noel Gallagher.
