Linn Ek is a Swedish journalist and co-founder of Spöktimmen, the podcast she hosts alongside Jenny Borg under their company Ek & Borg Productions. Launched as a student radio show at Linnéuniversitetet in 2014 and relaunched as a podcast in 2016, Spöktimmen covers true crime, unsolved mysteries and the supernatural - and has grown into Sweden's largest commercial horror podcast, with over 100 million listens. The show has won Radioakademins Guldörat (2020), Commercial Podcast of the Year at Influens Awards (2023), and both Podcast of the Year and Interview Podcast of the Year at Guldpodden (2023).
Spöktimmen launched season 20 on 7 April 2026, with new themes including family secrets alongside returning favourites like kidnappings and listener stories.
Spöktimmen announced a 2026 jubilee live tour with dates in Stockholm (27 Oct), Borås (30 Oct) and Malmö (1 Nov) to mark the podcast's tenth anniversary.
