Malena Ernman (born 4 November 1970 in Uppsala) is a Swedish mezzo-soprano whose career spans opera, baroque repertoire, cabaret and jazz. She built her international reputation at houses including La Monnaie, the Vienna Festival and Glyndebourne, and holds the title of Hovsångerska from the Royal Swedish Opera. She is also known as the mother of climate activist Greta Thunberg, and in 2009 she represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest with 'La Voix'.
