Midnattsloppet is a street race on Södermalm in Stockholm, held every year since 1982. The 10 km course runs on a Saturday evening lined with live music, DJs, samba dancing and fire, while hundreds of thousands of spectators cheer from the streets and bars along the route. Younger children can take part in the shorter Minimill and Lilla Midnattsloppet races earlier in the day.
