Nicke Borg is a Swedish rock musician, best known as the vocalist and rhythm guitarist of Backyard Babies - a band from Nässjö that he has fronted since 1989 and that won two Swedish Grammy Awards for Best Hard Rock. Beyond the band, he records and performs under the name Nicke Borg Homeland, hosts an afternoon show on radio channel Rockklassiker, and co-hosts the weekly podcast Minnesluckan.
Minnesluckan podcast returned for its fifth season on 19 January 2026, with new episodes every Monday.
At Sweden Rock Festival 2025, Borg addressed the question of a Backyard Babies reunion, saying he no longer rules it out entirely after an unexpected run-in with guitarist Dregen.
Nicke Borg performed a solo show at Parken Söder in Stockholm on 22 February 2025, mixing acoustic Backyard Babies songs with Nicke Borg Homeland material and covers.
