Noice is a Swedish punk and new wave band from Gustavsberg, formed in 1975. All members were teenagers when they broke through overnight in March 1980 after appearing on the TV show Måndagsbörsen, going on to sell 100,000 copies of their debut album Tonårsdrömmar and becoming one of Sweden's most beloved rock acts. Original members Peo Thyrén and Robert Klasen continue to lead the band; founding frontman Hasse Carlsson and keyboardist Freddie Hansson both died in 2001-2002.
Noice played their 50th anniversary hometown shows at Gustavsbergsteatern in March 2025, closing the jubilee tour at Cirkus in Stockholm on March 30.
Noice is working on a new album expected to be released in late August 2025.
Founder Peo Thyrén is set to appear in the TV4 programme Så mycket bättre, adding to the band's renewed public profile.
Noice announced their 50th anniversary tour 'Du lever bara en gång', kicking off in Norrköping on February 14, 2025 and ending at Cirkus in Stockholm on March 30.
Noice released their first studio album since 2004, titled Gustavsberg, on September 29, 2023, accompanied by a sold-out nationwide concert hall tour.
