concertRazorlight: America - 20th Anniversary Tour
British indie rock band Razorlight returns to Sweden to perform their classic self-titled 2006 album in full, 20 years after its release.
Razorlight are a London-based indie rock band formed in 2002 by frontman Johnny Borrell, with Swedish guitarist Björn Ågren, bassist Carl Dalemo and drummer Andy Burrows completing the classic lineup. They broke through with the 2004 debut Up All Night and hit their commercial peak with the 2006 self-titled album, which reached number one in the UK and spawned the chart-topping single 'America'. After a period of lineup changes and a hiatus, the original four reunited and released their fifth album Planet Nowhere in October 2024 - their first together since 2008.
Razorlight announced a UK and European 'America' 20th Anniversary Tour for autumn/winter 2026, kicking off in Stockholm on 23 October.
At the On The Beach festival, the band confirmed plans for a new studio album and a major tour in 2026, with a single already recorded.
Razorlight announced a major UK headline tour for spring 2025 in support of their Planet Nowhere album, their first full-scale tour since the album's release.
Planet Nowhere, Razorlight's fifth studio album and first with the classic lineup since 2008, was released on 25 October 2024 via V2 Records.
Razorlight played a 20th anniversary show for their debut album Up All Night at O2 Academy Brixton on 21 November 2024, with The Mystery Jets as special guests.
