About

Sabaton is a Swedish power metal band from Falun, founded in 1999, whose lyrics draw exclusively on military history - from ancient battles to the World Wars. Eleven studio albums in, they have built one of the most devoted fanbases in European metal, with over three billion streams across all platforms and eight albums reaching the international Top 10. The band is self-managed and runs its own annual festival and cruise, a rare feat in the industry.
