Ukrainian rock band The Hardkiss performs at Debaser Strand as part of their European tour.
The Hardkiss is a Ukrainian alternative rock band formed in Kyiv in 2011 by vocalist Julia Sanina and guitarist-producer Valeriy Bebko, completed by bassist Klym Lysiuk and drummer Yevhen Kibeliev. Blending rock with electronic textures, the band has become one of Ukraine's most prominent acts - winners of multiple YUNA awards, runners-up in the 2016 Eurovision national selection, and known internationally after Julia Sanina co-hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool in 2023. Since Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, the band has channelled part of its work into humanitarian fundraising and charity concerts. Their fifth studio album, Grey Hound, came out in June 2026.
The Hardkiss released their fifth studio album Grey Hound on June 11, 2026 - a 14-track concept album exploring the theme of time, featuring a heavier electronic rock sound.
The band announced an international tour in support of Grey Hound, with stops in Berlin, Paris, London and Prague.
The Hardkiss released the single 'Nice' ahead of Grey Hound, described as the band's most ambitious project to date.
In 2025, the band began recording Grey Hound after extensive touring, with new singles 'Crush', 'Tenderness' and 'AiAiAi' released ahead of the album.
The band's long-time manager Yehor Kirianov announced the end of their partnership in 2025, with both sides citing unfulfilled obligations.
