About

The New Dress is a Stockholm-based tribute band dedicated to Depeche Mode's back catalogue from 1981 to 1993. Their defining twist: no synthesizers, no samplers, no backing tracks - every song is performed live, acoustically or electrically. The band has worked through all of Depeche Mode's albums from that era in full live performances, and has collaborated with notable Swedish artists including Magnus Carlson, Johan Kinde and Stockholm Strings.
