Parker voices many of South Park's central characters, including Eric Cartman and Stan Marsh, and directs the show with near-total creative control.

South Park season 27 premiered on July 23, 2025, after a two-year hiatus, becoming the No. 1 show on Paramount+ and drawing its highest viewership since 2010.
The untitled live-action comedy Parker is directing with Matt Stone and Kendrick Lamar was removed from its March 2026 Paramount release date with no new date set.
Parker and Stone were named Hall of Fame Award winners at the World Animation Summit in November 2025.
