Uppsala Kammarorkester (Uppsala Chamber Orchestra) is the professional orchestra of Uppsala County, widely regarded as one of Sweden's finest chamber orchestras. Founded in 1968 and part of the regional foundation Musik i Uppland, the orchestra performs a broad repertoire - from early baroque to newly commissioned works - and has released critically acclaimed recordings on Naxos. Since 2007 its home stage is Uppsala Konsert & Kongress, where it runs an annual subscription series that is occasionally broadcast by Sveriges Radio.
The 2026/2027 season programme was announced, featuring conductors Ruth Reinhardt and Jascha van der Goltz among others, with a live film concert of Charlie Chaplin's City Lights.
