Venerea is a Swedish skate punk band from Malmö, formed in Falkenberg in 1991 under the name Venereal Disease. They broke through during the mid-nineties Scandinavian punk boom alongside Millencolin, No Fun At All and Satanic Surfers, and have since released eight albums - most recently 'Euro Trash' (SBÄM Records, 2022) - while touring Europe, North America and Asia.
Venerea released their eighth studio album 'Euro Trash' via SBÄM Records, their first new material since 2010.
The lead single 'Summer of '94' featured guest vocals from members of Millencolin, Adhesive and No Fun At All.
'Euro Trash' was produced by Gustav Brunn (Atlas Losing Grip) at Tambourine Studios in Malmö.
