Ward Hayden & The Outliers are an American band from Boston, Massachusetts, playing a roots-driven blend of old-school country, early rock 'n' roll and blues. Formed in 2005 - originally under the name Girls, Guns & Glory - they have built a devoted following on both sides of the Atlantic through relentless touring and a string of acclaimed records on their own Faster Horses Recordings label. Rolling Stone has called them 'a modern-day Buddy Holly plus Dwight Yoakam divided by the Mavericks,' and the band has collected seven Boston Music Awards alongside the 2025 New England Music Awards Performer of the Year title.
The band headlined the Narrows Center in Fall River, MA on January 30, 2026, showcasing their Springsteen material alongside new originals.
