Weeping Willows
Indie rock legends Weeping Willows take the stage at Stockholm's iconic Mosebacketerrassen.
Weeping Willows is a Swedish indie rock band formed in 1995, fronted by singer and songwriter Magnus Carlson. Their 1997 debut album Broken Promise Land became a nationwide hit in Sweden and established the band's signature sound - sentimental rock ballads built on thick string and horn arrangements, with lyrics circling themes of loneliness and lost love. Over a career spanning more than three decades they have released over a dozen albums, several of which have topped the Swedish charts.
Weeping Willows confirmed three sold-out shows at Mosebacketerrassen in Stockholm on August 28, 29 and 30, 2026.
The band's spring 2026 concert hall tour covered 16 cities across Sweden, from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north.
The spring 2026 tour was announced in September 2025, with tickets going on sale via allthingslive.se.
Weeping Willows released the album Goodwill in May 2025 on Razzia Records, which the spring 2026 tour supported.
Magnus Carlson collaborated with Jesper Lindell and The Brunnsvik Sounds on an album released November 17, 2023, via Columbia/Sony Music.
