Young Gun Silver Fox is a London-based duo formed in 2012 by British singer-songwriter Andy Platts (known from Mamas Gun) and American multi-instrumentalist Shawn Lee (of Shawn Lee's Ping Pong Orchestra). Their music draws on the sun-drenched West Coast AOR and soft rock of the mid-to-late 1970s - think crisp horn sections, funk-driven grooves and Platts' soaring falsetto. Since their 2015 debut West End Coast, they have released five studio albums and built a loyal following across the UK, Europe and, increasingly, the United States.
Young Gun Silver Fox expanded their fall 2025 US tour with a second leg of dates running from December 3 to December 14.
The duo released their fifth studio album Pleasure on May 2, 2025, their first record with Los Angeles indie label Blue Élan Records.
The lead single 'Stevie & Sly' was announced ahead of the Pleasure album release.
Young Gun Silver Fox completed their largest US tour to date in 2024, including sold-out headline shows and support dates with Black Pumas.
