Diver and food creator Karolina Martinson prepares Tång & Tapas on a relaxation raft at Kajkanten Vrångö - a cooking evening focused on edible seaweed and blue economy ingredients.
The evening begins with an inspirational lecture and live cooking with Karolina at 18:00. Small dishes are served with seaweed bubbles (non-alcoholic drink). From around 19:30, the wood-fired stove in the sauna is lit, and for those interested there is a hot tub and cold plunge.
Scheduled dates: 28 February, 21 March, 10 October and 7 November. Any day can also be booked for smaller groups.
