Viva Sounds 2026

Viva Sounds is an international club festival and music conference held for the ninth time on 26-28 November in Göteborg. The live programme features over 100 performances by around 100 artists spread across 17 stages within walking distance of each other - stages have capacities ranging from 50 to 1,000 people.

The lineup is presented continuously on vivasounds.se/line-up and a complete venue list is available at vivasounds.se/venues. Several venues are free to visit: The Abyss, 2Lång, Skivhandeln, Holy Moly, Eli's Corner and Fyrens Ölkafé.

The conference is held at four locations along Andra Långgatan, in bars and restaurants, and is open to all ticket holders. Last year, over 250 delegates from more than 20 countries participated in panel discussions, interviews, keynote presentations, workshops and speed meetings. The festival is organized by Westside Music - a platform of around 60 local independent labels in Göteborg and the surrounding region. The programme is built in three parts: one third from the local scene, one third through national collaborations and one third from international contacts. The selection is based on relationships rather than titles.
