Myths and Mysteries with Barbara Hannigan

Barbara Hannigan brings "Myth and Mystery" to Göteborg Concert Hall on Wednesday, 4 November 2026. The concert presents Ligeti's "Mysteries of the Macabre" alongside works by Liadov, Vivier and Bartók - a theatrical exploration of the world's end, mysteries and human passion. Hannigan performs two Swedish dates this autumn, both at Göteborg Concert Hall. The concert hall sits at Götaplatsen and is home to the Göteborg Symphony Orchestra, one of Northern Europe's most respected ensembles. Designed by architect Nils Einar Eriksson and completed in 1935, the building is known for its blue facade and impressive main auditorium.
