Lunch Theatre: Elin's Great Longing

"Blow up the system!" demanded Elin Wägner in her fight for peace, sustainability, and voting rights. A hundred years later, she returns - what does she find? The performance follows her journey from a carefree student to an acclaimed author and academy member, where radical ideas clash with faith, doubt, and a burning longing for love.

The lunch menu varies by day of the week:
Tuesday: Chorizo with sauerkraut, fried onion, herb salad and mustard-braised potatoes
Wednesday: Salmon with lemon-baked leek, dill hollandaise and mashed potatoes
Thursday: Slow-roasted pork tenderloin with ratatouille and parmesan potatoes
Friday: Hoisin-glazed chicken with kimchi, pickled red onion and cilantro cream
