Lunch Theatre: From Fäboden and Dramaten

Jonas Bergström, a former actor at Dramaten, and folk musician Maria Hulthén Birkeland come together in a personal and varied programme featuring music, song and poetry - with both seriousness and humour. The programme moves between grand stages and local traditions.

The lunch menu changes throughout the week:

Tuesday: Sausage with mustard, roasted red onion, pickled shoots and boiled potatoes

Wednesday: Palak paneer with roasted vegetables, mango chutney, papadums and herb rice

Thursday: Porc bourguignon with smoked pork, pickled onion, mushrooms and cornichons

Friday: Seafood wallenbergare with green peas, clarified butter and fennel salad
