Renate turns 61 and dreams of retirement with Karl-Ingvar - but is left behind and stands alone with a broom and rags. When the home must be emptied, the cleaning takes her on a journey where truths emerge, old grievances are dusted away, and new perspectives open up. Rent hus offers songs, humor, cleaning tips, and reflection.
