The walk takes you through some of Göteborg's most significant places and tells the stories of the people, events, and ideas that have shaped the city - from the 17th-century fortress to the modern metropolis.
Tours are offered in Swedish (Monday, Tuesday and Saturday), English (Monday, Thursday and Sunday) and German (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Departure every day at 11.00, the walk takes just over an hour. Meeting point at Kopparmärra, the Karl IX equestrian statue.
Price: 250 kronor per person. Children under 18 participate free. Payment by Swish, cash or card.
