Historic Summer at The Viking Museum
Sun, 21 Jun 2026 · 11:30 — Sun, 30 Aug
During the summer holidays, The Viking Museum offers family-friendly activities focused on the Viking Age. Visitors can meet Viking-era farmers, listen to stories from Norse mythology, and learn about life in the 900s.
There is plenty to try: swords, helmets and chainmail, crafts and textile production, the board game Hnefatafl, and striking your own silver coin. Don't miss Ragnfrid's Saga - the museum's popular ride through 10th-century Europe.
Family tours are held daily at 11:30 and 13:30.
