ÖtillÖ 2026 - The Swimrun World Championships

ÖTILLÖ is the birthplace of swimrun and the origin of the sport. The race is considered one of the world's most prestigious endurance events.

The start is at Sandhamn and the finish is at Utö Värdshus on Utö. The course spans 24 islands that participants swim between and run across - a total of 70 kilometers, of which 9 km is open-water swimming and 61 km is trail running.
