Legends and Legendary Figures

In the performance "Legends and Legendary Figures", we encounter Anders Mårtensson's impressions and tributes to beloved artists and personalities from past and present. It is a musical and eloquent journey through four decades - with sharp turns, unexpected encounters, and high recognition value. At the piano sits Peter Berglund.

The repertoire includes classics such as Cornelis, Tommy Körberg and Lasse Berghagen, but also Zlatan, Kalle Moraeus and Ernst-Hugo Järegård. Among newer characters are Gunnar Strömmer, Marcus Oscarsson and Olle Jönsson - sometimes eerily alike.

Anders Mårtensson grew up on Österlen and began his career in theatre and music in the early eighties with a New Year's revue in Växjö. He has appeared as an actor in Partaj, Solsidan, Klassfesten and Hellenius Hörna, as well as in the films Ur Spår and Andra Akten. In the summer of 2023, he received the Parnevik Scholarship from Bosse Parnevik.
