Impro club on tour: Bröllopet

Impro Club has performed to sold-out audiences in Umeå - at both Klossen and Studion - and is now embarking on a tour. Each performance is improvised anew based on a set theme and suggestions from the audience. The ensemble has previously tackled everything from improvised horror films and hospital soap operas to costume dramas and derailed episodes of Baywatch, Lassie, and Women's Prison.

The performance is structured in scenes, and before each scene the audience decides the conditions - suggest a wedding gift from grandma, a profession, and a made-up book title, and the actors do the rest. The ensemble must work to maintain both the narrative thread and their composure. The audience gets to laugh as much as it wants.
