Life is a Film

Life is a Film is a production by Femtinge Teater combining humor, imitations, theatre and music that spans the history of cinema and film from the 1950s to the 1990s. The audience gets to test their knowledge of film-history soundtracks, and the performance highlights historical facts about the development of cinemas and their impact on society.

The programme features classic scenes and imitations of actors from Swedish films, an insight into the local film society's work running a cinema in a small Swedish town, as well as the performers' professional secrets and the myth of Hollywood glamour.
