Torsson - Att vilja men inte kunna

Torsson celebrates 50 years as a band with an autumn tour presenting the musical "Att vilja men inte kunna - Berättelsen om Gunnar, Axel och Lars-Erik Nyman" alongside actor Per Lasson.

The show's title playfully references the band's 1980 debut album "Att kunna men inte vilja". The story, written by frontman Bo Åkerström, follows three fictional characters whose fates weave together many of Torsson's songs and lyrics. Per Lasson narrates the story while Torsson performs their classic tracks - including "Klippans centrum", "Det spelades bättre boll", "Öresundstwist" and "Volleyboll-Molly" - alongside several new compositions created specifically for the show. Everything is framed with images on a large screen.

Per Lasson is known from TV series including "Tunna Blå Linjen", "Eagles", "Stenbeck", "Whiskey on the rocks", "Ronja Rövardotter", "Solsidan" and "Bron", as well as Felix Herngren's series "Där solen alltid skiner". He has also performed frequently on theatre stages throughout the country.

Torsson consists of: Bo Åkerström, Thomas Holst, Michael Sellers, Dan Persson and Rikard Swärdh.
