Lunds studentsångare - Ein Deutsches Requiem

Lunds studentsångare performs Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem at Lunds Allhelgonakyrka on Saturday, 17 October 2026. The concert is one of two Swedish performances by the choir this autumn. Allhelgonakyrkan is an impressive neo-Gothic building of red brick, designed by architect Helgo Zettervall and consecrated in 1891. The church stands near Lund University Hospital and provides a classical setting for this large-scale vocal composition. Brahms' monumental work for soloists, choir and orchestra ranks among the most beloved spiritual compositions in classical music.
