Les Big Byrd

For over a decade, Les Big Byrd have established themselves as a touchstone for modern psychedelia - a Stockholm quartet moving between spacerock, hypnotic psychedelia and motorik-driven kraut, always with a melodic sensibility that holds together even the most expansive passages.

Just a year after the acclaimed "Diamonds, Rhinestones and Hard Rain", the band returns with "Ruin Everything", released 5 June. It is an album where the decay of the outside world seeps into the soundscape, yet creative joy feels more present than it has in a long time. Recorded in a studio steeped in decades of Swedish music history, the album carries a distinct live feel, where improvisations coexist with tighter pop structures.
