Queen Lovisa Ulrika
Sun, 20 Sep 2026 · 16:00 — 18:00
Actress Paula Ternström portrays Lovisa Ulrika, Queen of Sweden - from her arrival as a Prussian princess to her struggle for power, culture, and influence. The play centres on her ambitions, conflicts, and loneliness: the failed court coup of 1756, her love of the arts, and her complicated relationship with her son Gustav III.
In an intimate dialogue with the audience, Lovisa Ulrika defends her legacy and seeks reconciliation with her past - on her own terms, not history's.
Script: Magnus Carlsson and Paula Ternström. Direction: Michael Riise.
