Heaven in Sound and Silence

Bristol Cathedral Choir presents Heaven in Sound and Silence - an evening where English cathedral choir tradition meets Russian mysticism. Under the direction of Mark Lee, the works of Byrd, Haydn, Stanford, Parry and Rachmaninov resound alongside contemporary composers such as MacMillan and Dove, in a programme where light and shadow, silence and jubilation are woven together.
