Avig

Avig is an award-winning dance performance for the whole family about fitting in - in your body, in the group, and in the world. With humour, precision, and strong physical presence, it portrays the feeling of being a little different, and the joy of realizing that maybe it's completely okay. The performance premiered at Dansens Hus in 2024 and received the Svenska Teaterkritikers award for children and young people.

Behind the performance stands the dance company TUBO & Co., founded by dancers and composers Tobias Ulfvebrand and Hugo Therkelson. Together with director Martin Hasselgren, they have created a work with playful sound solutions, striking props, and nods to classical ballet.
