The Secrets of Marriage

Ale kulturrum's Teatern venue in Nödinge hosts Äktenskapets hemligheter on Sunday, 27 September 2026. Carolina Sandgren brings a double opera exploring the contradictions of marriage and the secrets hidden between two people living together. The production pairs two rarely performed works - the tragicomic Om tobakens skadlighet, adapted from Anton Chekhov's monologue, with an Italian comedy - to examine how love, jealousy, and concealed truths shape a marriage.
