Concert with Ellen Sundberg

The performance Förnimmelser is a musical evening in collaboration with Hållandsgården, where poetry, music and song interweave into a unified whole with the theme of hope and resilience.

Marianne Folkedotter is a storyteller, poet and songwriter, known for a series of narrative performances in and beyond Västerbotten. In 2022, she debuted with the poetry collection "En skog som går omkring bland husen", which was later staged with music by and featuring Rickard N Jokela. Rickard N Jokela is a bassist and composer influenced by jazz, Indian raga and contemporary classical music. After travels to Japan, India and Switzerland, he has developed his own approach to improvisation and solo performance.

Hållandsgården offers a vegetarian buffet before the performance - tickets can be booked with or without dinner. The concert is arranged in collaboration with Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan, with financial support from Jämtkraft, Swedbank's Owner Foundation Jämtland County and Åre Municipality.
