Agnes, 42, runs the lifestyle blog Vardagar vid kusten with 95,000 followers. On the surface, a life of calm and polished everyday moments - but behind the images, her marriage to Henrik is cracking, and after an affair during a trip to France, Agnes no longer knows how to move forward.

She flees to her mother Eva's house, convinced it will be empty during the holidays. But Eva appears - and seems to have been in an accident. Both mother and daughter carry secrets, carefully hidden from each other and the world. In their encounter, reality begins to break through the many layers of filters, pretences, and self-deceptions built up over the years.

Filter is a dramedy about loneliness in our narcissistic age, about how digital lives can create distance rather than closeness, and about relationships that require more than perfect images to survive. The play is written by Emma Broström and directed by Anna Novovic, recently known for "När strippklubben kom till byn" and "Jag som var så rolig att dricka vin med". Cast: Malin Cederbladh and Madeléne Evertsson.

Set design/costumes: Martin Eriksson. Lighting design: Johan Sundén. Makeup design: Matilda Bragner. Dramaturgy: Jani Lohikari and Ninna Tersman. Performance length: 2 hours including intermission. Producer: Riksteatern.
