Cirqus Hialøs

Cirqus Hialøs is a concert circus where the Scanian folk music band Hialøsa meets four Nordic circus artists. The performance moves between life, dance and death - combining ancient Scanian music with entirely new movement.

Violin, double bass, singing and foot-stomping interweave with acrobatics, hair-hanging, trapeze, rope and dance. Together they explore how music creates movement and challenges our understanding of the traditional.
