The Music of the Sea

In this workshop, children and young people build their own musical instruments from recycled materials collected from the sea and land. Through building, listening, and experimenting with sound, we explore how simple objects can become real instruments.

The workshop concludes with everyone playing and singing together with their newly made instruments. The activity is led by musician and educator Maryam Javidmehr.
